If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
- To secure your purchase we provide 6 months warranty on our products however you can purchase extended 1 year warranty at the rate of 4%.
- Under warranty period if a product has a manufacturing defect it will be repaired/replaced within 2-3 weeks after the product reaches our facility.
- The product will be exchanged in case it cannot be repaired or replacement is not available.

Returns & refund
- Refunds are only based on manufacturing defect. Unwarranted or unsubstantiated reasons are not subjected to refund.
- You have 15 days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Buyer must bear the shipping charge however if there is any manufacturing defect then the shipping charge will be refunded.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If the item cannot be repaired or replaced we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- Only manufacturer defected items will be accepted for a return.
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. It is usually processed within 2-3 weeks.
- You have 48 hours to cancel the order. Full refund will be initiated for cancellations within 24 hours and cancellation after 24 hours will attract a charge of 2.5%. Contact us to cancel your order. Once the order is "approved by vendor" it cannot be cancelled. However you can still contact us for cancellation and we will try to help you out in exceptional cases.
