Warranty, Refunds & Cancellations

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


  • To secure your purchase we provide 6 months warranty on all the products that are imported by Divine Music (Stompbox.in) and 1 year warranty on products imported/fulfilled by local dealers/distributors across India. You can however purchase the extended 1 year warranty at the rate of 4%. The warranty period starts from the date you receive the product.
  • Warranty claimed on the line of products imported by Divine Music will be taken care of by our technical department and for all the products not imported by Divine Music, the warranty claims will be serviced by their respective dealer/distributor. Contact us for more details and information if you'd like to claim warranty.
  • Buyer must bear the shipping cost for claims after 15 days of receiving the product however if there is a defect in the product encountered within 15 days for receiving the product then the shipping will be taken care of by us.
  • Under warranty period if a product has a manufacturing defect it will be repaired/replaced within 2-3 weeks after the product reaches our facility.  However, if the product needs to be sent overseas for repair/replacement then it may take over 4 weeks, depending on various factors like part availability and transit time.
  • Many companies send us the original boards as a replacement instead of the enclosures and that will be installed by our technical support.
  • The product will be exchanged in case it cannot be repaired or a replacement is not available.

NOTE: Power supply adapters included with pedals & processors are not included under warranty terms.


  • Due to Covid-19 part delays we can no longer give estimated shipping dates for pre-ordered items. Pre-Orders can be canceled however will not be refunded and instead added to store credit. Please read our COVID-19 policy for more information. A Special Order once ordered cannot be canceled.

Refunds (Our COVID-19 Policy is currently active and supersedes the Refund Policy)

  • Refunds are only based on manufacturing defect. Unwarranted or unsubstantiated reasons are not subjected to refund. We’re an independent business and we can’t do refunds for change-of-mind reasons. We appreciate your understanding.
  • No exchanges or refund will be done if the product does not suite your requirement in terms of sound.
    Please take videos available online as a reference or a guide to help you decide. The sound is subject to change with every setup.
  • You have 15 days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Buyer must bear the shipping charge however if there is any manufacturing defect then the shipping charge will be refunded.
  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If the item cannot be repaired or replaced we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your Bank/Card issuer’s policies.

Cancellations (Our COVID-19 Policy is currently active and supersedes the Cancellation Policy)

You have 48 hours to cancel the order. A full refund will be initiated for cancellations within 24 hours and cancellations after 24 hours will attract a charge of 2.5%. There will be no cancellations or refunds if the Ordered product(s) have a dispatch time of 24-48 hours.
